Kitchen Crew, Manila

Description

Willing to work as part of the service crew for restaurant franchise (Japanese cuisine).
Willing to be deployed to any of the following Metro Manila locations: Caloocan, Quezon City
Willing to undergo an initial interview at Makati and final interviews at store locations.
With existing TIN, and SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG no. is a plus.
Willing to process medical certificates in the same location as the store.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure completeness and availability of raw materials and products
Ensure proper preparation of food items according to standards
Monitor quality, expiry, and proper labeling of all products (FIFO)
Coordinate with and assist fellow staff regarding orders and special requests
Ensure general cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen section including facility and equipment.
Ensure monitoring procedures such as wastage/spoilage report, labeling, and FIFO system are observed
Perform other related functions that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time
Ensure all kitchen equipment are in good working condition
Ensure completeness and cleanliness of small wares
