Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain administrative and inventory documents.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies; handle purchases as needed.
  • Process bills payment and RFID load/balance.
  • Oversee locker, gatepass, and janitorial monitoring.
  • Encode new client information into records.
  • Maintain list of employees for uniform issuance.
  • Assist in canvassing frames for employee awards and other requests.
  • Handle GIST request needs and other administrative support tasks.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any business-related course or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Can multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in printing/heat press industry is a plus
