Description

Maintenance and repairs: Fix leaky faucets, broken chairs, repairing or replacing damaged fixtures (doors, windows, etc.), and handling minor carpentry and masonry tasks and other office equipment.
Performs basic electrical, plumbing repair, and HVAC filter cleaning
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in maintenance related area
Provide a quick response to urgent repairs especially leaks, electrical faults, and equipment breakdown
Report any safety hazards, facilities concerns, and required immediate repair to direct supervisor

At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Completed Vocational Course in the related field
With experience of building maintenance related in handyman work
Proficient in the use of basic hand and power tools
Flexible and adaptable to shifting schedule and emergency tasks
