Description
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding).
  • Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, memos, and certificates.
  • Monitor attendance records and coordinate with payroll for accurate processing.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR-related concerns and escalate as needed.
  • Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement activities, and company events.
  • Assist with benefits enrollment, government compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and other HR administrative tasks.
  • Maintain inventory of office and HR supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department and other departments as required.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience in HR or administrative roles is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Can work independently and in a team environment.
