As a Kitchen Crew Member, you will assist in all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, supporting cooks, and ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. • Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and assembling dishes as directed.
• Operate kitchen equipment (e.g., fryers, grills, ovens, slicers) safely and efficiently under supervision.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, sweeping floors, and sanitizing equipment.
• Stock and organize food supplies, condiments, and utensils in designated storage areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Support cooks and kitchen staff during peak service hours.
• Take initiative to identify and report low inventory, equipment issues, or safety concerns.
• Adhere to uniform and personal hygiene standards.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
• Help create new food menu and SOP for the shop.

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting.
• Food Handlers Certificate or ServSafe training.
• Knowledge of kitchen tools and equipment.
