Customer Service Representative, Manila

Description

Maintain regular contact with assigned clients to understand their ongoing needs.
Develop account plans to maximize sales opportunities with existing customers.
Cross-sell and upsell additional heat transfer products and services.
Provide quotations and proposals for client-specific needs.
Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to ensure solutions meet requirements.
Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues proactively.
Track and report on account performance and sales forecasts.
Visit client sites periodically to strengthen relationships and gather feedback.
Ensure timely order processing and delivery coordination.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in industrial or technical products.
Technical understanding of heat exchangers, condensers, and cooling equipment applications is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and basic reporting tools.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
