Job Opening bound to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

with hands-on experience in high-end specialty cakes including:

• Kinder Cakes
• Dolce Chocolate Cakes
• Cheesecakes

Responsibilities:

• Decorate and assemble cakes according to set designs, themes, or custom client requests
• Expertly work with chocolate, cream, mousse, and layered textures
• Ensure high standards of taste, texture, and visual presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and tools
• Collaborate with pastry team to ensure consistent product quality
• Keep up with current trends in cake design and dessert presentation

• Minimum 2 years experience as a cake decorator, preferably in bakery or pastry kitchen
• Portfolio showcasing past work, especially Kinder cake, Dolce chocolate, cheesecake styles, soft icing and fondant cakes.
• Knowledge of cake structuring, chocolate handling, and flavor balancing
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong time management skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
