• Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of barista experience preferred.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in espresso machine operation, coffee brewing techniques, and milk steaming. Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is essential.
• Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, working on your feet for long periods.
• Qualities and Traits: Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and a passion for coffee.
