Facilities and Maintenance Head, Manila

The Head of Facilities and Maintenance oversees daily maintenance operations in branches, commissaries, and office spaces, ensuring that all equipment and utilities are functional and safe for both customers and employees. They need to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards (e.g. DOH, Fire Safety, LGU). Alongside this role, the responsibilities also include budgeting, procurement, and implementing cost-saving measures, while maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and compliance documentation. 

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
• At least 57 years of experience in facilities or maintenance management, preferably in food service, hospitality, or multi-branch operations
• Proven experience managing kitchen equipment, utilities, and third-party service providers
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and commercial kitchen systems
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices, safety standards, and local building codes
• DOLE Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) certification.
• Willing to travel to different branches/locations as needed
