DELIVERY

• Coordination of Delivery Details
• Document Provision for container Pull-out
• Communication with Clients and warehouses
• Monitoring the Delivery Process
• Notification of Storage and Demurrage Charges
• Advising on Truck Demurrage

POST DELIVERY

• EIR Receiving

- Upon Receiving the Equipment Interchange Receipt (EIR) from the trucking company, it is promptly endorsed to the Assistant Import Staff for scanning and uploading to the Google Drive folder for Organized Record-keeping.

• Billing and EIR Review

- Once billing documents and the EIR are received from the trucker a thorough review is conducted to:

1. Verify that the container was returned within the allotted time frame, ensuring no detention charges are incurred.

2. Determine if there are any penalties that should be attributed to the trucking company

3. Confirm the accuracy of all details listed in the billing

4. Once completed, this will be endorsed to the Billing Staff

• Updating Liquidation Records
• Billing Statement
• Organizing Billing Statements
• Chronology Pullout - Empty Return

PRIOR TO DELIVERY

• Communication of Estimated Delivery Dates
• Acquiring Delivery Addresses and Contact Information
• Managing Special Delivery Instruction

BOOKING

• Monitoring Free Time for Storage and Demurrage
• Allocating Shipments to Truckers
• Coordinating Delivery Locations
• Arrastre and Wharfage Payment Processing
• Terminal Appointment Booking System (TABS) Check
• Handling Gatepass Procedures for Shipments

• We seek a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration or a related field.
• At least one year of relevant experience.
• Proactive monitoring of deliveries and shipments, even outside of regular working hours, is essential.
• A strong willingness to learn is also required.
