  • Identifying and selecting suppliers for various marine-related items such as spare parts, engine components, safety equipment, and provisions
  • Negotiating favorable prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to optimize costs and ensure value for the company
  • Creating and managing purchase orders, tracking order status, and ensuring timely delivery of goods
  • Monitoring inventory levels, anticipating needs, and coordinating with other departments to ensure sufficient stock of essential items
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, evaluating their performance, and resolving any issues or discrepancies
  • Analyzing purchasing costs, identifying areas for potential savings, and implementing cost-saving measures
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate records of purchases, invoices, and other relevant documents, and submitting reports to management
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marine Engineering, Marine Transportation, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering
  • At least 1 year of work experience
  • With knowledge in marine products
