HR Officer/HR Generalist, Manila

Description

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertisements, screening, and conducting candidate interviews.
Facilitate employee onboarding and coordinate training and development programs.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal company policies.
Regularly review and revise company policies to maintain compliance with labor regulations and applicable laws.
Assist in the implementation of performance management systems and employee engagement activities.
Coordinate and support the timely execution of scheduled performance evaluations.
Handle employee grievances by following due process in accordance with labor standards, ensuring proper documentation is maintained.
Manage and update employee records and other HR-related documentation.
Provide support in manual payroll preparation and the administration of employee benefits.

Educational Qualifications: Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
Skills and Competencies: Knowledgeable in HR Information Systems (HRIS), compensation and benefits administration, payroll processing, and employee relations.
Working Conditions: Office setting with a collaborative environment.
Qualities and Traits: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and solution-focused mindset in addressing HR matters.
Labor Law Compliance: Demonstrated experience in managing employee grievances, ensuring adherence to due process, and maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with labor laws.
