Reports to: BOH Supervisor / Branch Manager

Job Overview: The Kitchen Crew is responsible for helping hot kitchen cooks of Thai Mango in food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and sanitizing the workplace.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assists in the preparation of food per established Thai Mango standards
• Responsible for making sure food prepared is compliant with HACCP
• Makes sure food prepared by Hot Kitchen Cook is complete and in order before advising Dining Crew to serve to customers.
• Follows all food health safety guidelines
• Exhibits positive attitude and willing to learn for his/her own career growth
• Assists in the unloading of supplies deliveries and properly stores the stocks
• accordingly
• Communicates kitchen needs to supervisors
• Adheres to all Company policies, rules and regulations
• Maintains the highest standard of cleanliness in the kitchen including deep cleaning of kitchen floor, backsplash, cooking equipment and appliances, countertops, cabinets, drawers and sink
• Empties  trash bins, collects and removes waste from the floor and work surfaces separate recyclables and properly disposes of grease
• Responsible for washing dishes, pots and pans
• Sorts, organizes and stores all utensils, cookware and other supplies so that they can be located with ease
• Has undergone technical training related to above mentioned responsibilities
