We are looking for a highly motivated and resourceful Recruiter to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle from identifying talent needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for all applicants.

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
• Write and post job advertisements on online platforms and social media
• Source potential candidates using various channels (databases, social platforms, referrals, job boards)
• Screen resumes and applications; conduct initial interviews via phone, video, or in person
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams
• Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Assist with onboarding and documentation of new hires
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Promote the companys reputation as a great place to work
