The Recruitment Officer for International Placement is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the effective placement of qualified candidates for overseas employment. This role involves coordinating recruitment efforts, facilitating communication between clients and candidates, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Review and clarify job orders, specifications, and salary offers in collaboration with clients.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to source and match candidates for various international job orders.
- Manage the collection and safekeeping of candidate documentation for pre-deployment and compliance purposes.
- Ensure candidates are well-informed about the application process and provide ongoing support to facilitate their deployment.
- Monitor updates and changes from government agencies, embassies, and relevant organizations to ensure compliance.
- Facilitate candidate engagement in necessary training, including language courses, as required by clients.
- Prepare reports and maintain records of placements, candidate status, and client feedback.
