Chief Mechanic (Heavy Equipments), Leyte

We are looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Chief Mechanic to lead maintenance and repair operations for a fleet of heavy equipment and commercial vehicles. The role involves diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues, supervising repair work, and ensuring equipment runs efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee preventive maintenance and major repair work for equipment such as excavators, backhoes, dump trucks, mixer trucks, loaders, and forklifts.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues with a high level of expertise.
• Lead a team of mechanics and provide hands-on training to junior staff.
• Ensure all work complies with quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with operations for timely servicing and repairs.
• Maintain service records and monitor equipment condition.
