Digital Presence & Design

  • Website Management: Create, design, and maintain the company website (CMS, e.g., WordPress, etc.), ensuring all content is up-to-date, visually appealing, and optimized for user experience (UX) and search engines (SEO).
  • Creative Collateral: Design and produce various marketing materials, including flyers, banners, brochures, and graphic assets for digital and print use.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital content and design adheres to the company's brand guidelines and tone of voice.


Content & Campaign Creation

  • Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit various video content, including campaign videos, product demos, tutorials, and "walkthrough" videos.
  • Social Media Strategy: Create and manage official social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and develop a cohesive content calendar.
  • Content Posting: Write engaging copy and manage the daily/weekly posting schedule for all social media channels and the company website (blog posts, news, updates).


Analysis & Optimization

  • Performance Tracking: Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns (ROI and KPIs) using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Insights & Optimization: Identify trends and insights to optimize campaign spend and performance, driving continuous improvement in engagement and conversions.
  • Digital Strategy: Assist in brainstorming and implementing new and creative growth strategies for all digital channels.


Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Vocational, Undergrad or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven working experience (e.g., 2+ years) in a dedicated Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or Web Management role.


Technical Skills - Design

  • Proficiency in Graphic Design Software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent).


Technical Skills - Video

  • Proficiency in Video Editing Software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent).


Technical Skills - Web

  • Solid understanding of Website Content Management Systems (CMS) (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, etc.).


Marketing Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of current SEO/SEM best practices.


Social Media Expertise

  • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (FB, IG, TikTok, etc.) and their organic content and advertising systems.


Communication

  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills for creating compelling copy and presenting ideas.


Soft Skills

  • Demonstrated Creativity and the ability to produce innovative content.
  • Strong Organizational and Project Management skills to manage multiple deadlines.
