Job Title: Vehicle Management

Job Summary

The Vehicle Management is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, compliance, and overall operational readiness of all delivery vehicles. The role ensures that all fleet units are in optimal condition, compliant with regulations, and available for daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fleet operations, ensuring all vehicles are operational and deployment-ready
• Monitor and coordinate vehicle repairs and preventive maintenance, including body and mechanical work
• Track and update repair status, downtime, and maintenance schedules
• Ensure timely renewal of OR/CR, insurance, and vehicle registrations
• Manage GPS monitoring systems to track vehicle usage and movement
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle history, repairs, and servicing
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, insurance repair, and leasing services
• Oversee toll fee management, billing, and expense tracking
• Ensure proper issuance and replacement of vehicle stickers and plate identifiers
• Monitor and update truck deployment and delivery schedules
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations, safety standards, and company policies
• Prepare and submit reports on fleet performance, maintenance costs, and operational efficiency
• Recommend improvements for cost savings and process optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Transportation, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in fleet management, logistics, or trucking operations
• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance processes
• Familiarity with transport and safety regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and monitoring systems
