Logistics Supervisor, Bulacan

Description

Supervise daily tanker operations and ensure timely completion of hauling schedules.
Monitor tanker unit availability, roadworthiness and compliance with safety standards.
Coordinate with mechanics and motorpool personnel regarding preventive maintenance and repairs.
Manage driver deployment, attendance, compliance, and operational performance.
Work closely with dispatchers to ensure efficient trip scheduling and fleet utilization.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations and transportation requirements.
Prepare operational reports, fleet performance updates, and incident documentation.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in operations, fleet management, logistics, transportation, or motorpool supervision
Skills and Competencies: Operational management, strong communication, problem-solving skills, and decision-making skills
