Job Summary:

The Accounting Head is responsible for managing and overseeing the overall accounting operations of the gasoline station and franchise food/restaurant business. The position ensures accurate financial reporting, budget monitoring, inventory control, cash management, tax compliance, and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage
• At least 35 years of accounting supervisory or managerial experience
• Experience in gasoline station, retail, food, or restaurant industry is preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting
• Knowledgeable in BIR regulations and government compliance
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting and financial operations
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
• Monitor cash flow, sales reconciliation, and bank transactions
• Supervise accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and inventory accounting
• Ensure timely filing of taxes and compliance with BIR requirements
• Monitor fuel inventory, restaurant inventory, and operational expenses
• Conduct financial audits and internal control procedures
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies
• Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts
• Ensure proper documentation and safekeeping of accounting records
