Work Address: Guyong, Sta. Maria, Bulacan

Work Set-up: Onsite

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 8 AM to 5PM (With paid overtime)

 QUALIFICATIONS:

Registered Mechanical or Electrical Engineer

Engineers (Mechanical or Electrical) without a professional license may be considered,

provided they meet the required qualifications.

At least 23 years of experience in handling boiler operations

Strong knowledge of boiler systems (Coal-Fired / Chain Grate Boilers preferred)

Strong knowledge with the hydraulics and pneumatics

Ability to analyze operational data and prepare reports

Troubleshooting skills are an advantage

Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skill

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise boiler operations and ensure safe and efficient performance

Oversee manpower scheduling and daily work assignments

Assist in planning and coordinating daily maintenance activities

Monitor boiler performance and ensure compliance with safety standards

Support troubleshooting and implement corrective actions when necessary

Prepare operational and performance reports

Coordinate with Maintenance and Production teams for smooth plant operations
