Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced leader to manage end-to-end sheet metal fabrication operations. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality production while driving continuous improvement in delivery, cost, and overall performance.

What Youll Do

-Lead daily fabrication operations to meet production targets and deadlines (ETO & MTS)

-Monitor key metrics and resolve production issues quickly and effectively

-Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce waste

-Ensure compliance with quality standards, engineering requirements, and safety regulations

-Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues

-Develop, coach, and motivate the production team to achieve high performance

-Optimize the use of manpower, materials, and equipment

-Collaborate with planning and inventory teams to ensure smooth operations and material availability

What Were Looking For

-Bachelors degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (license preferred)

-8+ years of experience in manufacturing/fabrication, including 5+ years in a leadership role

-Strong hands-on experience in sheet metal processes (punching, bending, welding, powder coating)

-Solid background in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement

-Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

-Good understanding of quality systems and workplace safety standards
