Job Objective
To support warehouse operations by managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring smooth coordination of all warehouse activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Encode, update, and maintain accurate inventory records using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing stocks.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding deliveries, stock movements, and updates.
- Check and verify delivery receipts, invoices, and other warehouse documents.
- Organize and maintain proper filing of warehouse records.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or issues to the supervisor immediately.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Preferably graduate of Information Technology (IT), Business Administration, Office Administration, or related courses.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formulas.
- Knowledge in inventory tracking and record keeping.
- Detail oriented, organized, and reliable.
- Willing to work in a warehouse environment.
- Can work from Monday to Saturday, 8 hours per day.
