PPIC staff, Bulacan

In the fulfillment of customers orders, PPIC Staff will be responsible in the correct and timely processing of all needed documents, project status updating, and timely coordinating of issues and concern to other departments.

Plotting of Attainable and Realistic Production Schedule. Ensure that progress will be monitored from the creation until its completion.

a. Ensure that all Raw Material Withdrawal Requests are created accurately and distributed promptly.

b. Ensure that schedule is on track by means of daily review and monitoring of progress of production. Informs immediate superior for any issues observed which can affect meeting of production deadlines.

c. Create Report for Completion for the transfer of items to FG Warehouse. Ensure that timely documentations and correct process are observed on the creation of Report for Completion.

a. Reviews all details given by Sales Coordinator. This includes Technical Drawings, SKU and its details and other related documents.

b. Ensures all documents related to the project are complete and correct prior to creation of BOM

c. Coordinates with Sales Coordinator regarding unclear details and information on every Technical Drawing and PRS.

d. Prepares BOM for standard items.

e. Reviews created BOM from Research and Development Department for new items.

a. Monitor materials actual consumption. Takes note on the necessary adjustments on the BOM, coordinates with other sections involved for any changes and adjustments needed to be executed.

b. Ensures that all excess materials will be properly documented.

c. Keep track of all the Raw materials in the SAP. Ensure that all materials are both available physically and virtually on the production floor and on the SAP ERP system.

Maintain, monitors and further evaluate safety/target quantity levels of raw materials

Ensure that the optimum Inventory of Raw materials are always maintained.

Do bi-monthly inventory reviews to error proof Inventory Levels.

Prepares Purchase Requisition (PR) for all raw materials needed on a prcised and timely manner.

Submit periodic reports.

Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any related degree.

With Relevant experience in production planning, project management, Time and Motion Study in a fast phased manufacturing plant.

Good command of both English and Filipino - can communicate well with other department

SAP (ERP), inventory analysis

Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Inventory Management, Encoding, Planning
