Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified Aircon Specialist responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and performance of all air conditioning and ventilation systems across the entire plant, including production areas, cold storage, offices, and support facilities.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of relevant experience in air conditioning and refrigeration systems

Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is an advantage

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting

Familiarity with cold storage systems and temperature-controlled environments

Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals

TESDA certification in HVAC/R or related field is preferred

Key Responsibilities

Oversee, maintain, and repair all air conditioning units and HVAC systems across the plant

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment

Monitor temperature systems in processing and storage areas to ensure compliance with standards

Diagnose faults and perform necessary repairs efficiently

Ensure all systems operate within food safety and hygiene requirements

Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports

Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for system optimization

Other Requirements

Can work on shifting schedules and respond to emergency repairs

Physically fit and safety-conscious
