Accounting Head, Bulacan

The given salary range will be depending on experience and qualifications.

• Manage financial operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, payroll, cash flow, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and tax/regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal financial controls.
• Coordinate and lead internal and external audits.
• Develop and monitor budgets and financial plans.
• Supervise, train, and mentor accounting team members.
• Provide financial guidance to management and collaborate with other departments to support business goals.

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
• Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
