Role Summary

Leads the design, development, and management of electrical switchgear products, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering team and support staff
• Drive product improvement, value engineering, and process optimization
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cost-effective solutions
• Oversee team performance, KPIs, and staff development
• Resolve technical issues in pre- and post-production
• Coordinate with Fabrication Manager to improve factory performance
• Manage risks, timelines, and project delivery
• Perform other assigned tasks

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in Electrical Design, Automation, or Switchgear Manufacturing
• 5+ years managerial experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering and switchgear systems
• Proven leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and KPI management
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficient in CAD, VFD, and PLC
