Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lay bricks, hollow blocks, and stone according to plans
• Mix and apply mortar, cement, and other bonding materials
• Perform plastering, rendering, and finishing works
• Construct walls, partitions, and other masonry structures
• Follow construction drawings and supervisor instructions
• Maintain tools and ensure work area cleanliness
• Comply with DOLE OSH Standards and use PPE at all times

Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate
• With experience in masonry works (TESDA NC II preferred)

Skills:

• Skilled in masonry and finishing works
• Ability to read basic construction layouts
• Physical strength and stamina
• Attention to detail and safety awareness
