Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accuracy of stock records
  • Prepare and generate accounting, sales, and inventory reports
  • File and organize company documents properly
  • Monitor and record employee attendance
  • Assist in warehouse operations, including loading and unloading of items when needed
  • Support daily warehouse activities and ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in any field
  • At least 1 to 2 years of working experience as an Office Staff is required
  • Experience in warehouse operations, particularly inventory handling, is a strong advantage
  • Background as a warehouseman/checker is preferred
  • Must be knowledgeable in processing quotations, sales orders, inventory systems, and accounting reports
  • Proficient in MS OFFICE (Word, Excel)
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to take initiative
  • Willing to be hands-on and assist in warehouse tasks when needed
