Energy Foreperson, Bulacan

Salary: 30k negotiable

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise boiler operations and ensure safe and efficient performance
• Oversee manpower scheduling and daily work assignments
• Assist in planning and coordinating daily maintenance activities
• Monitor boiler performance and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Support troubleshooting and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Prepare operational and performance reports
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Production teams for smooth plant operations

Qualifications:

• Licensed Engineer (preferably Mechanical Engineering)
• At least 23 years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 2 years in boiler operations
• Strong knowledge of boiler systems (Coal-Fired / Chain Grate Boilers preferred)
• Ability to analyze operational data and prepare reports
• Troubleshooting skills are an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
