Production Supervisor, Bulacan

Job Qualifications:

• With background in Plant Operations
• Graduate of Industrial, Mechanical Engineer or any related course (with Safety trainings)
• With experience in Manufacturing company

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets
• Monitor plant operations and ensure smooth workflow across all production lines
• Lead and guide production staff, ensuring proper training, discipline, and performance management
• Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures in compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Ensure proper utilization of machinery, equipment, and manpower
