Accounting Assistant, Bulacan

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management and other related course.
• With minimum of 1-3 years full-time experience 
• Proficient in using Microsoft Ofiice Apps
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Can work independently or as part of a team
• Professional, trustworthy, and maintains confidentiality
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for handling and monitoring of Petty Cash Funds.
• Monitoring of small amount defined expenses such as but not limited to telecommunications, utilities, RFID load balances, etc.
• Processing of request vouchers.
• Preparation of checks to be forwarded to the Accounting Supervisor.
• Preparing and monitoring employee payroll deductions.
• Encoding, summarizing, and filing of collected receipts.
• Coordinate with other departments related to accounts payables.
• Maintaining accurate historical records.
• Responsible for the monitoring and checking of the monthly reimbursement of sales personnel.
• Generate a month-end report of reimbursement of the sales team.
• As required, assist with account reconciliations as well as identifying and correcting accounting errors.
• Other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the company from time to time.
