• Assists in bottle deliveries
• Checks correctness of returned and issued materials to suppliers
• Validates and record arrested bottle rejects from profiling
• Validates and record quantity of arrested bottle rejects from profiling
• Arrest foreign matter during profiling
• Assists in sorting activity
• Submit record for sorting activity
• Notify TBS via text message regarding profiling result of TBS deliveries
• Visit suppliers washing facilities and assists suppliers in their operations concerns
• Prepares and submit daily inventory of crates and pallets of TBS (if applicable)
• Reconciles crates and pallets movement with GSMI SAP and record (if applicable)
• Prepares and submit deliveries and backload report (if applicable)
• Conducts inventory of pallets and crates in TBS
• Conducts technical assistance, quality orientation/training and initial qualification audit to suppliers
• Assists in any requirements that needs forklift (if applicable)
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College level, computer literate, good communication skills
• Preferably with background in quality control in second hand bottle and inventory
