Key Responsibilities and Duties/Tasks

1. Inspect and evaluate incoming raw materials based on approved specifications.
2. Conduct physical, chemical, and performance testing for dry-mix and coatings as required.
3. Compound raw materials into finished products and evaluate their performance according to specifications.
4. Perform stability testing of compounded finished products, ensuring compatibility within the declared shelf life.
5. Review supplier Certificates of Analysis (COA) and compare with internal test results based on evaluation findings.
6. Approve or reject materials based on evaluation outcomes.
7. Prepare lab reports and maintain proper documentation.
8. Support trials and reformulations related to raw material substitutions.
9. Coordinate with Quality Control, Purchasing, and suppliers regarding non-conforming materials.
10. Maintain updated raw material specifications and test methods.
11. Record and archive evaluation data for traceability.
12. Assist in all activities of the Technical Manager as assigned.
