Role: DELIVERY FOREMAN

Salary: 25k to 27k Basic / Total Compensation Package = Php 43,875

1. Supervises all delivery and distribution activities of delivery checkers, drivers and helpers and prepares weekly schedule of department personnel

2. Prepares and Routes efficiently daily delivery schedule

3. Daily coordination with Warehouse Foreman for stock preparation and allocation of scheduled orders.

4. Regular coordination with Motorpool Section to ensure that trucks are in good running condition and anticipate

potential truck breakdowns

5. Coordination with QA Department regarding QA attachments and documents as delivery requirement.

6. Maintains good truck grooming monitoring

7. Coordinates with Personnel Department regarding Standard manpower requirement.

8. Assess department personnel in Performance Evaluation

9. Attends and evaluates Agency employees during monthly evaluation meeting

10. Fully implements Company rules and regulations.

11. Prepares and analyze various reports such as pending deliveries, trip itinerary, fuel consumption, trip priorities and

other data needed for smooth delivery Operations and cost monitoring.

12. Daily coordination with Sales Department regarding delivery instructions and priorities and sends daily dispatch

reports.

13. Updates standard delivery costing for National delivery destinations

14. Discuss Job Description to newly hired subordinates. Coach & counsels existing Manpower.

15. Establish Programs to reduce companys delivery expense

16. Practice Quality Compliance based on ISO manual and participates on all Internal and External audits.

17. Performs assigned tasks from time to time

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Experience Level: 4-5 years of experience in construction or site management.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, troubleshooter and organizational skills.
• Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Working Conditions: Ability to work in outdoor environments, including various weather conditions.

All Plant personnel is with additional Overtime: Overall duty is 12 hours. 8 hours basic + 4 hours OT / Monday to Saturday
