Job Summary:

The Data Analytics Manager is responsible for leading the data analytics team in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support strategic business decisions. This role ensures accurate reporting, develops data-driven insights, and improves business performance through analytics and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the data analytics team.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support business decisions.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and proper data management.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand reporting needs.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to management.
• Improve reporting systems and analytics processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 35 years of experience in data analytics with 12 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
