Inventory Controller, Bulacan

1.Facilitate the balancing of demand and supply.

2. Monitoring RMPM/FG of out of stocks.

3. Monitoring RMPM/FG stock level of primary items.

4. Analyzing of RM PM FG items movement trend under ABC Classifications.

5. Traceability of RMPM/FG inventory discrepancies from system versus actual.

6. Initiate re-ordering point (ROP)

7. Economic order quantity (EOQ)

8. Initiate RMPM/FG FGInventory Cycle count on a daily basis.

9. Prepares RMPM/FG out of stocks report, critical stocks, slow moving, non-moving and short dated items.

10. Prepares RM PM turnover ratio reports

11. Performs other duties/works which may be assigned provided the relevant and necessary orientation/or training is carried out.

General Responsibilities:

1. Oversee finish good raw material and packaging movement and report criticality.
2. Ensure raw materials and packaging materials are within safety level.
