Document Controller, Bulacan

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Document Management & Control: Creating, numbering, scanning, and filing technical documents, blueprints, and reports.
• Version Control: Ensuring that only the latest, approved revisions of documents are available to users.
• System Maintenance: Managing digital and physical records using tools like MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and EDMS software (e.g., SharePoint, Aconex).
• Distribution & Retrieval: Distributing documents to project teams and clients, managing document access, and retrieving files upon request.
• Compliance & Auditing: Auditing files to ensure they meet company standards and regulatory requirements, and preparing reports for management.
• Process Improvement: Developing and maintaining document control procedures, templates, and workflows. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
• Attention to Detail: High level of concentration to ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent skills in managing, filing, and organizing large volumes of data.
• Communication: Effective communication skills for interacting with project teams, clients, and departments.
• Experience/Education: Typically requires a bachelor's degree or relevant administrative experience in a controlled environment.
