Production Worker, Bulacan

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Workers to support manufacturing operations by operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring production targets and quality standards are met. The role requires following safety procedures and maintaining efficiency on the production line.

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely
• Assemble, pack, or process products according to instructions
• Monitor product quality and report defects or issues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Follow safety rules and wear protective equipment
• Meet daily production targets and timelines
• Assist with basic machine maintenance and setup
• Record production data when required

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
• Previous factory or production experience is an advantage
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift moderate to heavy items when required
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, or weekends if needed
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
