The Payroll Specialist is responsible for accurately processing payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies. This role handles payroll transactions, maintains payroll records, and resolves payroll-related inquiries efficiently.


  • Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees (salaried, hourly, and contractual).
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, benefits, and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit statutory reports, remittances, and year-end reports.
  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in payroll audits and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure accurate benefits and deductions.
  • Continuously improve payroll processes for efficiency and accuracy.
