Qualifications:

At least high school graduate (college level is an advantage)

With experience as helper, utility, warehouse staff, or maintenance is preferred

Physically fit and able to handle lifting, cleaning, organizing, and basic maintenance tasks

Detail-oriented and able to maintain cleanliness and order in a professional, luxury work environment

Trustworthy, disciplined, and with a strong sense of responsibility

Can follow instructions accurately and work with minimal supervision

Willing to assist in delivery, installation, packing, and inventory handling

Flexible, hardworking, and able to perform multiple tasks as needed

Respectful, punctual, and maintains proper work ethics

Willing to render overtime when required
