Production/Plant Supervisor, Bulacan

• Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with quality standards
• Plan, coordinate, and schedule production activities to optimize output and meet delivery targets
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff to promote teamwork and operational excellence
• Implement, enforce, and monitor food safety and hygiene protocols throughout the production process
• Review and analyze production data; prepare and submit performance reports and key metrics to management
• Ensure consistent quality in the manufacturing of plastic products, including drinking straws, flexible and hard straws, tamper-proof seals, shrink films, and other packaging materials

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Prior supervisory experience is an advantage
