Parts Warehouse Staff, Bulacan

Parts Warehouseman is responsible in providing service on

matters related to:

1. Accurate, up to date and orderly documentation of receipt and issuance of spare parts, materials and accessories with the established company policies and procedures.
2. Systematic binning of stocks such as parts, materials and accessories.
3. Safe, neat, orderly and adequate utilization of the warehouse and storage area.
4. Adequate protection of stocked items against pilferage, damage and losses.
5. Sufficient and timely availability of specified parts and materials.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Warehousing Function
• Receives, classifies, sorts, store bins and issues spare parts and materials in accordance to management approved system and standard procedures.
• Inventory Function
• Conducts regular review of possible variances (actual count versus on hand balance) and initiates reconciliation.
• Keep and maintain records of inventory related documents such as request and issuance slip.
• Monitors closely the stock balance of fast moving parts and initiates action to keep supply at required level.
• Prepares requisition of parts orders to other supplier.
• Prepares discrepancy report for prompt reconciliation of stock on hand.
• Materials management function
• Conducts actual inspection of items delivered to ensure that the deliveries conform with the order specification and condition of the same are in good order.
• Provide feedback on status of ordered items.
• Prepares, classify, packed, sort all the items intended for delivery to jobbers account.
• Provide documents needed by Accounting payables in relation to payment to other suppliers.
• Sales
• Receives inquiries from individual clients and Jobbers account.
• Facilitate the ordering of Jobbers requirements by coordinating it to our ordering assistant.
• Assist Parts Supervisor in providing General Job and BP parts estimate.
• Monitor Back Order parts of GJ and BP workshop.
• Working area maintenance
• Maintain warehouse orderliness and cleanliness at all times.
• Keeps warehouse secure against pilferage and unnecessary losses.
• Provide technical assistance to Accessory Coordinator.
• Perform other related tasks and function as maybe required from time to time by the immediate superior.

Qualifications:

• With Bachelor's degree any field
• With at least 1 year of related experience
• Experience in inventory and warehousing is advantage
• Willing to be assigned in CSJDM, Bulacan
