CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Attend inquiries, offer advice and solutions, and introduce products to clients.
• Get customer information and follow up on customer inquiries to close sales.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing fast, efficient, and reliable services.

CAF GENERATION

• Conduct customer interviews to fill out application forms, ensure completion of credit application forms with the necessary information, and conduct table CI.

SALES TARGET ACHIEVEMENT

• Present and sell company products and services to potential and current clients.
• Achieve individual sales targets and quotas on a monthly basis.

MARKETING ACTIVITIES IMPLEMENTATION

• Propose and conduct monthly marketing activity programs to generate sales volume and achieve targets.
• Identify product improvements by monitoring industry trends, market activities, and competitors

PRODUCT DISPLAY

• Maintain the showroom and display areas, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness, and stay informed about available inventory and product features.
