Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Online Sales Representative to join our team. This hybrid position combines remote work with on-site reporting every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, and focuses on driving online sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement online sales strategies to grow revenue.
• Handle the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposal creation, follow-up, and closing deals.
• Communicate effectively with clients via email, phone, chat, and in-person meetings.
• Create engaging content such as short videos and product showcases for online marketing.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust sales tactics accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with video content creation and digital marketing tools is required.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in both online and on-site settings.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Work Schedule:

• Work from Home on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
• On-Site Reporting required on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays
