1. Research and Development (R&D Support)

• Manage and update Bill of materials (BOM) for new and existing products.
• Ensure proper documentation of all R&D outputs, including test reports, product, specifications, and formulation logs.
• Monitor and facilitate ISO compliance in documentation processes.
• Maintain organized records of all R&D activities, test results, and related approval

2. Technical Engineering Coordination

• Assist in scheduling and tracking of technical evaluations, field tests, and products assessments.
• Coordinate with Technical Engineers on project documentation and reporting.
• Support the preparation of materilas for technical training, site inspections, trouble shooting, and application trials (product evaluation).
• Assist in collating data and technical findings from field operations.
• Monitor and facilities ISO compliance in documentation processes.

3. Administrative and Coordination Tasks

• Act as the central point of contact between the Division Head and team members for internal coordination.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain division files, reports, and communications.
• Track task deadlines, consolidate reports, and ensure timely submission of deliverables.
• Support in organizing technical meetings, training sessions, and documentation reviews.

Qualificatons:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in adminitrative or technical coordination, preferably in an R&D or engineering environment.
