Job Descriptions:

  1. Handle telephone calls promptly and appropriately.
  2. Assign and guide sprinters for pick-up, delivery, and re-delivery tasks.
  3. Monitor packages, ensure correct labeling, and resolve issues as they arise.
  4. Inspect pick-up, arrival scans, sorting, RTS packages, and prioritize pending deliveries.
  5. Oversee processing of damaged, headless, or suspicious parcels under CCTV monitoring.
  6. Ensure branch cleanliness, proper functioning of equipment, and control of supplies.
  7. Check and maintain CCTV daily to ensure proper operation.
  8. Ensure operational truck schedules are followed and coordinate with Admin as needed.
  9. Perform ad hoc tasks (HR, Finance, Back Office) and report to Branch Admin TL/Supervisor.
