Description
- At least 2nd year college or graduate of 2-year course.
- With at least 6 months related experience preferred.
Job Descriptions:
- Handle telephone calls promptly and appropriately.
- Assign and guide sprinters for pick-up, delivery, and re-delivery tasks.
- Monitor packages, ensure correct labeling, and resolve issues as they arise.
- Inspect pick-up, arrival scans, sorting, RTS packages, and prioritize pending deliveries.
- Oversee processing of damaged, headless, or suspicious parcels under CCTV monitoring.
- Ensure branch cleanliness, proper functioning of equipment, and control of supplies.
- Check and maintain CCTV daily to ensure proper operation.
- Ensure operational truck schedules are followed and coordinate with Admin as needed.
Perform ad hoc tasks (HR, Finance, Back Office) and report to Branch Admin TL/Supervisor.
