Budget Controller CPA, Bulacan

• Responsible for planning, developing, and maintaining the budget program.
• Analyze variance of actual financial results against budgets.
• Advise departmental heads on financial decisions by interpreting financial data and providing recommendations for budget adjustments or reallocations.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights into business performance, trends, and key metrics.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate complex financial data into user-friendly visualizations.
• Drive process improvements in financial reporting, identifying opportunities to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization, to deliver actionable insights and support business decisions.

General Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the budget programs of the Company.
• Evaluate financial data to provide insights and recommendations for Management decisions.

Educational Background:

• Bachelors/College Degree in Accountancy or Finance, Professional License in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, or equivalent.

Experience / Training:

• At least 5 years of working experience in budgeting, financial reporting, planning and analysis, and/or in related fields with basic business acumen.
• Specific experience and knowledge in the manufacturing industry is preferred but not required.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant).
