Site Engineer, Bulacan

Description

Supervise and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design, quality, safety, and schedule requirements
Interpret and implement construction drawings, plans, and specifications
Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve design or construction issues
Ensure that materials and work performed comply with specifications
Maintain records of site activities, progress, and delays; prepare and submit regular reports
Conduct site inspections and quality checks, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
Assist in the preparation and review of project schedules, cost estimates, and resource planning
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies
Report any site issues or problems to the Site Manager and Project Manager and assist in resolving them
Support in the preparation of as-built drawings and project documentation
Perform other tasks as may be assigned

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred or as required by the project)
Proven experience in construction or engineering projects
Knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles
Proficiency in MS Office and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD)
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
